Jeff Gural is one of New York's most prominent landlords and the owner of the Flatiron Building. As Chairman of GFP Real Estate, he oversees an ownership interest in more than 50 properties, most of them in New York City. A founder of what became Newmark before its 2017 split from GFP, he is known for leading some of Manhattan's highest-profile office-to-residential conversions.
